Freelance Account Director / Client Lead – LATAM (Mexico City) - Daily Rate
Looking for a Spanish-speaking Account Director / Client Lead to oversee a key FMCG account in the LATAM region.
This freelance contract runs from ASAP until 31st January 2026, with a commitment of up to three days per week on variable days. The role is based in Mexico City so would love to speak to people who can easily commute to this area as you’ll need to attend occasional client meetings and TVC shoots, though much of the work can be done remotely.
As Account Director, you’ll play a central role in leading the Mexican-territory client business. You’ll work closely with a strategist and senior creatives to deliver fully integrated campaigns, including TVCs. A strong track record in client relationship management is essential, as you’ll be expected to build trusted partnerships both internally and externally, translating client needs into clear, actionable briefs.
This role calls for someone commercially minded and hands-on, with the ability to manage budgets, write scopes of work, and ensure projects are delivered profitably. You’ll be actively involved from strategic discussions through to creative execution, guiding the process to ensure the highest standards at every stage. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are key, alongside the ability to think strategically while remaining flexible and solutions-focused.
