About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between TRM and our clients—ensuring they achieve measurable success and long-term value from their Salesforce solutions.

You’ll serve as a strategic advisor, building trusted relationships, identifying optimization opportunities, and driving retention through proactive engagement and meaningful results.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and ensuring satisfaction
  • Understand client goals and help them maximize their Salesforce investment through tailored strategies
  • Partner with Sales, Technical, and Product teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing improvement
  • Use data and insights to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and customer impact
  • Develop proactive engagement plans to strengthen loyalty and expand partnerships

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to listen, translate needs, and build trust
  • Demonstrated success in customer retention and relationship building
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a strong plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable thriving in a remote-first environment
