About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between TRM and our clients—ensuring they achieve measurable success and long-term value from their Salesforce solutions.
You’ll serve as a strategic advisor, building trusted relationships, identifying optimization opportunities, and driving retention through proactive engagement and meaningful results.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and ensuring satisfaction
- Understand client goals and help them maximize their Salesforce investment through tailored strategies
- Partner with Sales, Technical, and Product teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing improvement
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and customer impact
- Develop proactive engagement plans to strengthen loyalty and expand partnerships
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client RelationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to listen, translate needs, and build trustDemonstrated success in customer retention and relationship buildingFamiliarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a strong plus)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferredSelf-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable thriving in a remote-first environmentWhy TRM?
