About the Position
We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as a Medical Science Liaison in Hematology. As a key scientific resource, you will build peer-to-peer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), support the product lifecycle, and collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Scientific Content Development : Create and share in-depth scientific content related to assigned products or therapeutic areas.
- Scientific Learning Events : Organize and support scientific learning events and preceptorship programs.
- Clinical Studies Support : Assist in clinical studies, expanded access programs, and local publications.
- Advisory Boards and Conferences : Conduct advisory boards, attend conferences, and report on scientific trends and competitor intelligence.
- Collaborative Initiatives : Implement collaborative initiatives aligned with brand strategy and develop scientific materials.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulations, and industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum 1 year in the pharmaceutical industry (MSL, Medical Advisor, CRA) or over 2 years of clinical, professional, or research experience in a scientific field.Education : University degree in Health Sciences. Advanced scientific degree in Hematology or similar (MSc, PharmD, PhD, DO, MD) preferred.Skills : Fluency in English (oral and written), strong interpersonal and communication skills, results-driven, team-oriented, self-managed, and organized.
