Financial Data Specialist
The role of a Financial Data Specialist involves working with key fund documents, such as account statements, capital call & distribution notices, and financials, across private equity and hedge fund structures. You will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, and tagging these documents to ensure accurate mapping to client investment entities, master–feeder structures, and relevant holdings.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Document Review & Classification : Collect and review key fund documents, tag them accordingly, and ensure their accuracy.
2. Mapping & Validation : Verify the accuracy of document mappings to client investment entities, master–feeder structures, and relevant holdings.
3. Drawdown & Distribution Oversight : Track fund lifecycle communications and verify against expected capital activity schedules.
4. Quality Assurance : Validate extracted data accuracy and completeness.
5. Operational Tracking : Maintain real-time document status trackers.
