About the Job

• Supervise daily activities of planning coordinators / assistants to meet production schedules.
• Manage work activities and monitor project status.
• Oversee processes to mitigate risk and ensure production objectives.
• Train team members and support performance evaluations.
• Update ERP system parameters as required.
• Identify areas for development and recommend process improvements.
• Lead process changes affecting the team.
• Act as an escalation point for complex issues.
• Location : Matamoros, Tamaulipas, On-site / Presential.
