We are currently seeking a Project Coordination Business Analysis Analyst to join our team in Mexico, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

• Communications : Assist the Communications team with communications for the CGO and Sales Enablement (SE) team
• Project Coordination : Support daily operations, manage project statuses, priorities, and deadlines for the SE team
• Collaboration : Work independently and with internal team leads to meet deadlines and ensure content meets corporate standards
• Meetings : Participate in and support status update meetings
• Surveys : Create surveys and format survey reports
• Documentation : Assist in creating documentation for programs, courses, and online training
• Catalog Maintenance : Maintain the SE catalog of programs and courses
• Organizational Chart : Keep the SE Team's organizational chart up to date
• Process Improvement : Provide feedback on support process improvements
• Other Duties : Perform additional tasks as required
