Idle containers, reduce stay at port and costs of storages

Break bulk and oog projects quotation (terminals and surveyors), negotiate costs and coordinate the loading / discharge / inspection of cargo

Pcr performance, ensure that all terminals provide load / discharge lists, tdr and husbandry reports before deadline to close pcr, monitor kpis from ssc to comply with ho requirements

Prs performance, ensure operation team is updating arrival / departure / progress / draft / plan reports on time in prs, monitor kpis from ho to comply with requirements

Monitor terminals performance (terminals and cranes productivity) according to the contract
