This Finance Manager level role is responsible for reporting, planning, and analyzing financial-cost performance. Prepares financials-cost plans and forecasts based on performance expectations. Gathers and publishes financial information related to historical, current, and future performance. Performs financial analysis concepts and techniques. Recommends alternative course of action.

Responsibilities :

• Cost Accounting - Manage all the functions and activities associated with the managerial cost accounting section, such as budgets, manufacturing product costing, manufacturing variance (direct labor, material and overhead) analysis, inventory reconciliations, forecasting and projections, etc.
• Closing & Reporting - Coordinate the timely and accurate preparation of the monthly financial statement, quarterly schedules, year-end financial information packages and the review with Region Controller; Verify reasonableness and provide management with manufacturing performance reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, including manufacturing variance analyses and appropriate explanations of yields, scrap, rework and other factors. Analysis of inventory balances and other account reconciliations as assigned.
• Monitor, prepare and lead the review of financial reports and packages with Region Controller before published, Financial Review with leadership by gathering and analyzing information related to current performance.
• Business support : responsible for the day-to-day financial support to Business personnel. Supports in the monetary spending overhead analysis and budget control; audits cycle count program to assure its effectiveness and timely reports its results to management.
• Supports continuous improvement and cost reduction projects.
• Provide direction in Finance / Cost analysts, ensuring the finance team provides efficient and effective support to the manufacturing site and provide accurate and timely submissions to site, division & corporate
