We’re now looking for our Finance Manager : someone who can own Luca’s financial operations across multiple countries, ensure compliance, manage cash with precision, and be a key partner in our next fundraising stage. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, this role is for you.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead financial forecasting, cash flow, and treasury management
  • Oversee payments, taxes, compliance, and legal obligations in Portugal, Spain, and Mexico
  • Manage debt obligations, internal pricing, and financial reporting
  • Ensure processes, systems, and controls are robust and scalable
  • Partner with founder on fundraising and investor relations (equity and debt)
  • Build dashboards and reporting structures that provide clarity and decision-making support
  • Be the point of contact for auditors, banks, accountants, and external advisors

🤝 You’ll Work Closely With

  • The founder, to shape financial strategy and support fundraising
  • Operations, to ensure payments and compliance flow smoothly
  • People & Culture, to align on payroll, benefits, and incentive structures
  • External auditors, tax advisors, and legal partners across jurisdictions

    • 🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • 5 years of finance experience, ideally with a Big 4 background (Audit, Tax, or Advisory)
  • Experience in an in-house finance role at a scale-up, multinational, or high-growth company
  • Strong knowledge of treasury, taxation, compliance, and cross-border financial operations
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complexity across multiple jurisdictions
  • Proven ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
  • Bonus : experience assisting with fundraising rounds or M&A processes
