Descripción del trabajo5+ years of mobile development experience (Android / iOS), with 2+ years in Flutter . Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter ecosystem. Hands-on experience with state management tools (e.g., Bloc, Riverpod, Provider). Familiarity with modular or plugin-based architectures . Experience integrating Firebase , GraphQL / REST APIs, and real-time data. Understanding of native development (Kotlin, Swift) is a plus. Proven experience working on scalable apps or multi-service platforms is a strong advantage. Proficiency with Git , CI / CD tools, and agile methodologies. About the Role
We’re building a next-generation Super App — a unified mobile platform offering services like food delivery, digital wallet, chat, and more . We\'re looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to help scale this platform for thousands (and soon millions) of users.
This is a remote-only contractor role , open to professionals based in Mexico . As part of a fast-paced, product-focused team, you’ll play a key role in building modular, maintainable, and high-performance mobile features across multiple mini-apps.
Important : This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across Latin America and internationally.
- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (iOS & Android).
- Develop modular, scalable features across mini-apps like wallet, food delivery, and chat.
- Collaborate with UI / UX designers to implement pixel-perfect user interfaces .
- Integrate RESTful APIs , Firebase, and third-party SDKs (maps, payments, analytics).
- Work closely with backend, DevOps, and QA teams for smooth feature delivery and testing.
- Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
- Participate in agile development workflows : sprint planning, daily standups, retros, and code reviews.
