Job Description – HR Helpline SPOC
The HR Helpline Single Point of Contact (SPOC) will be responsible for providing administrative and operational HR support to employees, ensuring timely and accurate management of HR requests, documentation, and employee services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage administrative HR processes such as medical insurance, employment / reference letters, and employee documentation.
- Track and resolve HR tickets in the internal system within agreed timelines.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Reinforce and promote awareness of internal HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various HR sub-functions to support continuous improvement and enhance the employee experience.
Preferred Profile :
3–4 years of experience in HR administration, shared services, or similar roles.Advanced English level (B2–C1) — capable of handling business conversations, documentation, and email communication fluently.Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-service focused.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.if you are interested, please send your resume to abril.mora@tcs.com
