Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Operation Specialist based in Mexico. The Operation Specialist will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing projects, and ensuring efficient workflows. The role involves analyzing operational processes, developing and implementing improvement strategies, and collaborating with various departments to optimize performance. The specialist will also handle customer inquiries, drive sales efforts, and support overall business objectives.

Must be fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.

Must be have conversational Chinese.
