Client Location : US

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm EST

Monthly Salary : USD 2,000 - 2,500

Role Overview

One of our clients is looking for a strong, experienced Head of Operations to act as the CEO’s right hand and oversee the company’s day-to-day execution. Your goal : build a reliable, scalable operational system that can support our growth to $50M–$100M+. This role requires someone who is organized, decisive, excellent under pressure, and able to lead people and processes with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations across supply chain, Amazon, Shopify / DTC, and fulfillment.
• Ensure products are manufactured, stocked, and delivered on time.
• Improve processes to reduce bottlenecks and increase efficiency.
• Manage and grow a remote team (currently 8 → 25+).
• Handle hiring, onboarding, performance management, and team structure.
• Maintain a high-performance, accountable work culture.
