The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a solid understanding of the freight brokerage industry and a strong commercial mindset. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by prospecting new customers, reactivating dormant accounts, and supporting existing clients across the USA and Canada.
Key Responsibilities :
- Consistently meet individual sales targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new customers in the USA and Canada.
- Reactivate dormant accounts and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Lead client training sessions and system demos to drive adoption.
- Prepare accurate and competitive freight quotations.
- Handle objections with a solution-oriented approach.
- Develop tailored freight solutions aligned with company capabilities.
- Maintain an updated CRM with accurate client data.
- Act as an escalation point to resolve customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with operations on pricing strategies and service execution.
- Generate sales reports and ensure accurate forecasting.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.2+ years of sales experience in freight brokerage / logistics (minimum 1 year in logistics and 1 in sales).Strong knowledge of ground transportation modes.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.CRM workflow knowledge.Advanced English.Join us and be part of a dynamic team where you’ll make an impact every day!
