Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Manager to lead our sales strategies and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management, market analysis, and team leadership.

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position located in Ciudad Obregón, SON. As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial plans, analyzing market trends, and overseeing contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities :

Commercial Strategy Development : Design and implement effective commercial strategies to achieve business objectives.
Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform business decisions.

Qualifications and Skills :

Commercial Management Experience : Proven experience in commercial management, including sales strategy development and team leadership.

Proficiency in Contract Management : Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices.

Team Management and Leadership Abilities : Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and direct a team of professionals.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience : Relevant experience in the agriculture or livestock industry is a plus.
