Job Title : Marketing Coordinator

Location : Mexico - remote

About The Role :

In this role, you will support local marketing leads by coordinating campaigns with precision, localizing with care and helping Mexico’s marketing programs perform. Supporting BSI’s Assurance division, you will support the integration of campaigns across System Certification, Training, and ISA. You’ll adapt global assets for Mexican audiences, keep projects on track, support events, and help turn performance data into clear, actionable insight.

What you’ll own :

  • Campaign coordination : Manage email builds, landing pages, webinars, and asset localization in Pardot and the CMS, organized via Workfront.
  • Spanish localization : Tailor content for local regulations, sector nuances, and buyer personas while maintaining brand standards.
  • Internal comms : Assist with sales newsletters, campaign briefings, and event communications; keep calendars and trackers current.
  • Asset governance : Maintain Frontify / DAM libraries with consistent naming, tagging, and version control.

How you’ll execute :

  • QA rigor : Check copy, links, forms, UTMs, layout, and mobile responsiveness before launch.
  • Event support : Coordinate registration pages, vendors, shipping, and on-site logistics; maintain event calendars and stakeholder updates.
  • Reporting support : Compile engagement and lead metrics; assist in building dashboards and post-campaign readouts.
  • Compliance partnership : Work with ops to align with LFPDPPP data privacy practices and preference management.

  • On-time, error-free campaign launches
  • Clean asset repositories and documentation
  • Consistent, reliable reporting inputs
  • Well-run events with positive stakeholder feedback
  • What you bring :

  • Outstanding organization and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Workfront, Pardot (or equivalent), CMS, and DAM tools
  • Spreadsheet and GA4 comfort for basic reporting
  • Strong collaboration and communication across teams and time zones
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years B2B marketing experience (professional services, SaaS, or regulated industries preferred)
  • Experience with Pardot, Salesforce, Workfront, GA4 (or equivalents)
  • Language & travel :

  • Languages : Strong command of Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus
  • Travel : Up to 5% for events and team activities
