Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Human Capital Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring SAP HCM modules, providing implementation and support for projects, and handling end-to-end payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure SAP HCM modules such as Payroll, OM, Time, and Mexican Payroll to meet client requirements.
• Provide hands-on implementation and support for SAP HCM projects, including roll-outs for global entities.
• Handle end-to-end payroll processes, including gross-to-net calculations, taxes, garnishments, and year-end activities.
