Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the production and operation of the factory, controlling the entire process of delivery, quality, safety, and cost during the production process, developing and implementing production plans, and ensuring the completion of production targets;
• Optimize production processes and line layout, scientifically allocate resources, improve product production efficiency, continuously reduce production and operating costs, strictly control product quality inspection processes, and ensure timely product delivery;
• Lead and manage a diversified production and operation team, promote cross-cultural team integration, solve internal team problems and needs, motivate team members, and create a harmonious and efficient working atmosphere;
