Change Management Specialist

Overview

The Change Management function is a strategic-minded partner collaborating to implement change management strategies to minimize employee resistance and maximize engagement with change programs. Lead Global Business Center resources to drive faster adoption, greater usage, and higher proficiency on the changes, helping employees in the organization achieve desired results. You will be reporting to the GBS Project Manager Expert.

Responsibilities

• Lead change across the project lifecycle, applying a Change Management Methodology and integrating change management activities across lifecycle phases, including Change Management for Agile projects.
• Perform detailed Change Impact Assessments on projects to understand the impacted partners, how they are impacted, when, and the recommended interventions by audience.
• Develop the Case for Change to define the important messaging required by each audience.
• Partner with GBS and Corporate Communications team members to ensure main project messaging is communicated using the proper channels, branding/templates and timing.
• Provide strategic insight into the development of training and deployment plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent role-based Change Management experience.
• 3+ years leading projects, including 2+ years managing large-scale transformations.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and lifecycles. Strong root-cause identification skills. Ability to integrate people, processes, and technology in diverse environments.
• Fluent in English.
