Lead Oceanfront Resort Operations

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the operations of a luxurious oceanfront resort.

• Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of pre-opening and launch, inspiring a leadership team, establishing the resort as a market leader, building strong relationships with owners and local community leaders, and overseeing operations across rooms, F&B, spa / wellness, events, and recreation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as General Manager of a luxury resort, with previous experience in Mexico and bilingual fluency in Spanish & English.

A proven track record in pre-opening leadership, oceanfront resort operations, and exceptional leadership presence are highly desired.
