Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Consultant Director of Operations to oversee and enhance the operational efficiency of our boutique hotel resort. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing hotel operations internationally, with a proven ability to lead teams and optimize performance in a luxury setting. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to communicate effectively with our diverse team and clientele.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Management : Lead and manage all operational aspects of the hotel resort, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional guest satisfaction. This includes overseeing front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
• Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, guest experience, and overall performance. Analyze current operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Team Leadership : Provide guidance and support to department heads and staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high standards of service. Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
• Financial Oversight : Monitor and manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures. Develop financial strategies to optimize profitability and operational sustainability.
• Guest Experience : Enhance the guest experience by ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of quality and addressing any issues or feedback promptly.
• Compliance : Ensure that the resort complies with all local regulations and industry standards, including health and safety requirements.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management : Oversee relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure high-quality service and cost-effectiveness.
• Marketing and Sales Support : Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to support promotional activities and strategies that drive occupancy and revenue.
