Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage customer relationships and address their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond promptly to customer requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services.
Collaborate with other teams to improve service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in onboarding new clients and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.

Requirements :

To succeed in this role, you should have :

Fluency in English and Spanish ( proficiency in Chinese is an advantage).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Time management and organizational skills.

Experience in customer-facing roles is an asset.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
