Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage customer relationships and address their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.

Requirements :

To succeed in this role, you should have :

  • Fluency in English and Spanish ( proficiency in Chinese is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
