Junior Paid Media Assistant

About us

PALM ERA, an international marketing agency, is looking for a Junior Paid Media Assistant with a strong interest in digital advertising and growth. This is an entry-to-mid-level position ideal for someone who wants to keep learning and growing in the Paid Media field.

Responsibilities

  • Support in the execution of paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Assist with campaign optimization and daily monitoring of performance.
  • Help with reporting and tracking key metrics.
  • Collaborate with the team on boosting posts and audience targeting.
  • Stay updated with digital trends and contribute fresh ideas.

Abilities

  • Familiar with Meta Business Manager (At least).
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills in English & Spanish.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.

    • Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience executing Meta campaigns.
  • At least one Meta certification (Blueprint or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience boosting posts on Meta.
  • Desire to grow into a Paid Media Specialist role
  • English proficiency is a MUST.
