Service Center Manager Job DescriptionThe primary role of the Service Center Manager is to lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in Mexico.This involves overseeing all aspects of After-Sales Service, including technical, administrative, and logistical operations. The successful candidate will have a university degree, fluent advanced English, 5 years of experience in customer service or after-sales, and expertise in data analytics.Main Responsibilities : Developing weekly team schedules for deliveries, shipments, and invoicing.Managing the service backlog to minimize client wait times and optimize workflows.Providing comprehensive support and training to the customer service team on IT systems.Building strong relationships with boutiques by offering ongoing support and training.The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, with a track record of building effective teams and driving engagement in a multicultural environment. A technical background and strong interest in the watchmaking industry are preferred, as well as strong IT skills and interest in information systems and ERP. Budget management and stock control are also essential. Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and ability to cope under pressure are required. Travel is occasionally necessary, so a valid passport and visa are essential.Maintaining the department's operational efficiency, overseeing equipment upkeep, and managing general office supplies are critical tasks. With a focus on transformation and innovation, the Service Center Manager will lead the team in setting SMART goals and monitoring outcomes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
