Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled & proactive Lead DevOps Engineer to join our Data Management & Governance team with a focus on Data Privacy to drive the design, implementation, & optimization of our DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, CI / CD, & monitoring tools, with a strong understanding of infrastructure automation & performance tuning that support enterprise-grade data privacy applications to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations & enterprise data governance standards. This role involves leading DevOps initiatives, mentoring team members, & collaborating across development, QA, & operations teams to ensure seamless software delivery & system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Governance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure compliance with global privacy regulations and to integrate DevOps best practices.
• Lead the design & implementation of scalable CI / CD pipelines.
• Drive automation across data privacy infrastructure provisioning, configuration & deployment.
• Monitor & optimize application performance using industry-standard tools.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, & security across environments.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers & promote knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot & resolve complex production issues.
• Support database operations & performance tuning.
