We Need You To :

🌍 Be our Market Explorer :

  • Proactively identify high-potential sellers across Mexico through market analysis and field research
  • Build trusted partnerships with local manufacturers, distributors and industry associations

📈 Become a Growth Architect :

  • Develop customized growth strategies to increase sellers' GMV through :
  • Data-driven product selection
  • Traffic acquisition tactics (social media ads / SEO / KOL collaboration)
  • Promotional campaign planning (seasonal sales / launch events)
  • 🛠 Serve as Operational Partner :

  • Guide sellers through platform onboarding : SKU optimization, listing creation, logistics setup
  • Provide weekly performance reviews with actionable improvement plans
  • Ideal Candidate Profile :

    ✅ Must-Have Essentials :

  • Experience in B2B sales / e-commerce
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables / VLOOKUP) & basic data analysis capability
  • Fluent in Spanish and professional English (written / spoken)
  • ✅ Valued Extras :

  • Understanding of Mexican manufacturing clusters (e.g., Guadalajara footwear, León leather goods)
