  • Collects business requirements and develops functional specifications.
  • Plans, conducts and directs the analysis of business problems with automated systems solutions.
  • May contribute to the development, testing, evaluation or design of business applications or architecture used throughout the IT solution set.
  • Communicates requirements to the development teams through the use of specifications, statements of work, project plans, or other forms of documentation.
  • May develop user documentation or training materials.
  • Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner.
  • Performs routine server administration tasks.
  • Provides mentorship and informal training to other members of the team.
  • Leads small to medium work projects.
  • May participate in recruiting and hiring processes.
  • 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success / knowledge.
  • Technical expertise in Epicor Kinetic, ECM and / or IDC products.
  • Advanced relational database skills.
  • Advanced SQL scripting skills.
  • Requires server administration skills.
  • Good at communicating (written and verbal) with Business users, other technical teams and management.
  • Experience in writing functional and regression tests.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to complete tasks on deadlines.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic programming skills (C#, PowerShell, Python).
  • 2+ years of specialized / industry experience.
  • Ability to customize Kinetic – UIs, BPMs, Functions, Breaking / Routing.
  • Experience with REST APIs.
  • Use of Epicor Administration Console.
  • Knowledge / experience of SFDC, Epicor Quick Ship, BarTender.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
