Regional Marketing Lead, Americas – Discrete and Emerging Industries

You will report to : Director, Industry Strategy & Marketing.

Job's workplace type : Hybrid

Located in : Santa Fe, Mexico City

Responsibilities

  • You will manage the development of marketing programs to maximize customer demand and sales growth for Rockwell Automation's Emerging and discrete industries (i.e. warehousing, data centers) within the Americas region.
  • You will work for the Global Industry Strategy and Marketing Director and collaborate with multiple internal organizations and professionals at multiple levels, globally, including; Regional Sales & Marketing, Industry Teams, Teams and Marketing Function.
  • Accountable for the strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of campaign initiatives that drive growth in discrete industries. These initiatives encompass inbound and outbound marketing, media outreach, industry-specific events, sales enablement, training, and other communication tactics aligned with the needs of customers.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional teams—both directly and indirectly—to deliver programs on time and within budget, as defined by the campaign strategy. Inspire collaboration across business units, even when initiatives fall outside of day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring alignment with industry priorities and customer expectations.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience within a marketing operations or digital marketing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or comparable.
  • Proven experience in execute campaigns and integrated campaigns.
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in data center and warehouse
  • Advanced level of English
  • Travel needs 10%
  • VISA and passport current
