Medical Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for conducting thorough medical evaluations, designing and implementing preventive health initiatives, and ensuring a smooth return to work for employees on medical leave.

Main Responsibilities

Conduct Pre-Employment Medical Evaluations : Assess employee fitness for duty through comprehensive medical assessments.
Design Preventive Health Campaigns : Develop and implement strategies to promote employee well-being and prevent workplace injuries.
Follow Up on Medical Leaves : Monitor and support employees returning to work after a medical absence.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Safety Standards and Regulations : Possess in-depth knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations.

First Aid Knowledge : Demonstrate proficiency in administering first aid in emergency situations.

Excel Proficiency : Utilize Excel to track data and create reports.

Effective Communication : Communicate effectively with colleagues and patients who speak English as a second language.
