Global manufacturer and solutions provider, offering products and services in engineering, clean energy and fueling, imaging and identification, pumps and process solutions, as well as climate and sustainability technologies, is looking for a : Supply Chain Manager– Center of Excellence (COE) Job Objective : The Supply Chain Manager at the COE leads remote continuous improvement programs across more than 50 connected factories, deploying and optimizing corporate supply chain tools to achieve measurable performance improvements. Acting as a bridge between the COE and plant-level teams, this role ensures the adoption, standardization, and execution of supply chain transformation initiatives that enhance service, reduce inventory, and elevate operational excellence. Strategic Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across 50 connected plants through remote collaboration.
  • Responsible for the deployment, governance, and optimization of corporate supply chain tools.
  • Act as the main liaison between the COE and plant supply chain teams for the execution of transformation projects. This role will oversee purchasing staff.
  • Interface between suppliers, purchasing, warehousing, and production. Operational Responsibilities
  • Align with corporate goals as defined in the annual AOP regarding growth, customer service levels, and working capital optimization.
  • Utilize corporate dashboards such as PFEP, SC Cockpit, Supplier OTD, and Control Tower to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee the implementation of PFEP, MRP parameter governance, deployment and execution of POH, and the systematic management of shortages and Clear-to-Build.
  • Ensure and support proper configuration of corporate tools (PFEP, POH, Shortages / CTB) at the plant level.
  • Lead the remote team of supply chain engineers responsible for dashboard maintenance, scripting, and automation solutions.
  • Supervise and support Planners / Buyers assigned to different OpCos to ensure superior performance. Requirements : Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as APICS / ASCM CPIM, CSCP or equivalent are highly recommended.
  • Certifications in Lean / Six Sigma or continuous improvement are a plus.
  • Advanced English (C1 level).
  • Valid visa (for international travel if required). Experience
  • 8–12 years in Supply Chain Management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role (managing planners, buyers, or supply chain engineers).
  • Proven success in multi-plant, multi-business environments (preferably global across various OpCos / divisions).
  • Experience in manufacturing environments with MTO, ATO, ETO, and MTS models.
  • Demonstrated impact in : o Improving On-Time Delivery (OTD) o Reducing Past Due o Inventory reduction while maintaining service levels o Improving Inventory Turns
  • Experience implementing and sustaining Pull Systems. Technical / Functional Knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of planning and execution processes : PFEP (Plan for Every Part), MPS, MRP, Inventory Optimization, Shortage Management, Demand / Supply balancing.
  • Proficiency in multiple ERP systems (experience with at least 3 such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, MAPICS / BPCS) and advanced supply chain tools and dashboards.
  • Ability to generate reports / queries directly from ERP databases; familiar with tables and fields.
  • Ability to design, deploy, and sustain standardized processes across various OpCos / plants.
  • Proven success in leading CI initiatives and Kaizen events (Lean / Six Sigma preferred).
  • Leadership & Soft Skills
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing supply chain teams (planners, buyers, engineers).
  • Change leadership : capable of influencing OpCos to adopt COE-driven processes / tools and overcoming resistance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive presence (comfortable interacting with OpCo leaders, VPs, CFOs, etc.). Location : Querétaro, Mexico, on site . We Offer
  • Gross monthly salary : $75,000–$100,000 MXN
