Position Summary :
Lead the design and execution of comprehensive commercial strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability in the Distributor channel. Foster a culture of innovation, strategic alignment, and operational excellence to achieve channel objectives, develop new partnerships, and strengthen key strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement national business strategies and high-impact commercial initiatives, ensuring long-term relationships with key clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Propose and execute actions to increase the company’s market share within assigned accounts.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, support, etc.) to address client needs and ensure timely delivery of products and services according to established standards.
- Design and lead strategies for business partners, ensuring alignment with the company’s profitability goals and the continuous growth of the channel.
- Negotiate contracts and define commercial terms.
- Set specific objectives and KPIs for each key account and monitor performance.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.Minimum of 12 years’ experience in sales, account management, channel development, and new business development.Proven experience managing corporate clients or key accounts.Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and preparation of commercial proposals.Advanced English proficiency.
