Design Release Engineer

We are seeking a Junior Design Release Engineer to join our team in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for Covers, Pans & Brackets, and Busbars within engine development programs. The role involves overseeing the design, development, validation, and release of components, ensuring alignment with engineering requirements and project timelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field .
• 1+ years of experience in mechanical component design & development .
• Familiarity with powertrain systems , especially Covers, Pans, Brackets, and Busbars .
• Experience with CAD tools (Catia, NX, or similar) and PLM systems .
• Basic knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and GD&T .
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Must live near Saltillo, Mexico.
