Descripción del trabajoBachelors degree in business, finance, or analytics. 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, experience and / or training. Experience creating financial forecasts with multiple inputs and intricate reporting. Strong knowledge of Excel, Access, Word; PowerPoint, Outlook, ERP / P2P systems. Strong project management skills
Essential Job Functions
- Prepare and communicate key analytics insights related to procurement operations enabling leadership to improve decision making. (20%)
- Participate in the development of analytical capabilities and digitization initiatives in support of cost saving activities and risk mitigation. (20%)
- Gather and analyze key procurement data using data collection techniques and create metrics in order to report results to leadership to be used in business planning and strategy development. (20%)
- Support procurement managers development and administration of supplier assessments, scorecards, and other analytics to manage supplier performance. (15%)
- Support risk management assessment relating to supplier vulnerability, sourcing options, and product availability. (15%)
- Participates in special projects (e.g., conducting special research, developing training and / or communication materials, etc.). (10%)
