The SuccessFactors Service Desk Analyst provides frontline and second-level support for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring employees and People & Culture teams across the Spanish Caribbean and West Indies receive timely and effective assistance. This role is essential in resolving system issues, supporting users, and ensuring smooth adoption of the platform.
Working closely with the SuccessFactors Manager, IT teams, and P&C departments, the Analyst guarantees consistency, efficiency, and reliability in the use of SuccessFactors. By delivering solutions, documenting incidents, and supporting improvements, the role directly contributes to user satisfaction and the effectiveness of People & Culture processes.
