Associate Brand and Product Development LATAM will support in the management, development, and execution of strategies for specific brands across LATAM.
The role includes coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing market performance, ensuring the portfolio is properly adapted to consumer needs in the region, and guaranteeing compliance with global guidelines in the case of licensed brands.
In addition, the position will work closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure efficient implementation of brand plans and contribute to the sustainable growth of the category across LATAM.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the execution of regional marketing and communication plans for the category, including the localization and development of materials, activations, and campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables with agencies, media, and commercial partners.Analyze the LATAM market to identify trends and ensure a properly localized portfolio, aligned with global strategies and local consumer needs.Prepare brand and sales performance reports, generating actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, trade marketing, finance, and digital) to optimize execution in retail and digital channels.Coordinate with Partners on alignment, approvals, and brand strategies to ensure consistency with the global licensing guidelines.Participate in annual strategic planning and the preparation of executive presentations for internal and global stakeholders.Qualifications3–5 years Commercial Marketing experience preferably in Toys, FMCG or licensed consumer goods, Apparel or Health & Beauty industryProficient English (Full English interviews)Experience with an international / cross-cultural environmentStrategic thinking and strong analytical skills.Data-driven decision making.Project management and ability to work under pressure.Assertive communication and influencing skills.Cross-functional teamwork and collaboration.Results-oriented and proactive mindset.Strong relationship management with external strategic partners.Additional InformationHow We WorkOur Approach to Flexible Work : We embrace a flexible work model designed to empower a culture of growth, optimism, and wellbeing, where every employee can reach their full potential.
