Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
