Job Role : Strategic Financial Manager

Ensure timely issuance of accurate financial information, compliant with IFRS, local legislation and corporate policies.
Oversee preparation, analysis and reporting of financial statements, accounts receivable and general accounting.
Manage communication with external auditors to support audit processes and safeguard accounting disclosures.
Implement strong internal controls, adhere to corporate guidelines (4EP, Segregation of Duties) and promote continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

Consolidate and reconcile data against financial system.

Prepare financial reports for stock market, legal, external affairs and tax requirements.

Analyze Cost of Sales and Inventory deviations and report to management.

Create and maintain accounting calendar to inform parties of necessary deadline adherence for financial close, monthly closing, financial statement audit etc.

Ensure timely monthly and Annual Reports on consolidation System.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

5-8 years in accounting; 2+ years financial statement / reporting experience.

Advanced English skills.

SAP, IFRS and accounting rules knowledge.
