About the Job

This position will be the focal point for communication topics and needs in Mexico. Supporting the US audience and global initiatives. Enhance the level of information and engagement of employees, promoting transparency of institutional information and the company's strategy. Foster a communication culture by identifying opportunities, acting as a communication consultant, and implementing global initiatives with the global team's support.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree is required in Communication, Administration, International Trade or related subject.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• 3+ years of experience in Internal Communications or Corporate Communications.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and digital platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Project management.
• Capable to work autonomously and independently.
• Very proactive mindset.
