Procurement Excellence Manager

We're seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the digital transformation of our procurement function. As a Procurement Excellence Manager, you'll drive strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier value creation.

Your expertise will be instrumental in enabling innovation, compliance, and scalability across procurement operations. You'll maintain a strong focus on cost optimization, supplier performance, and category strategy.

• Lead over 20 suppliers and requests for proposals (RFPs)
• Process mapping, improvement, and automation using tools like Power Automate, UiPath, or SAP IRPA
• Digital agenda development and implementation
• Project management, data analysis, and financial reporting

You'll work closely with IT and suppliers to ensure technological integration and monitor digitalization efficiency KPIs. If you have experience in procurement, process improvement, or digital transformation, AI, budget management, and sustainable sourcing, we want to hear from you!
