Your Role And Responsibilities

• To work on user incidents.
• To work initially on 1 to 2 lane implementations and gradually work on multiple lane implementations.
• To have calls with users if required for working on resolution of incidents.
• To attend regular calls focused towards productivity gains and work accordingly.
