SAP successfactors

HR - Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) at TCS is seeking a professional with experience in End To End Recruitment and Global Recruitment, covering regions such as USA, LATAM, Canada, Middle East, and India.

Must have skills :

• Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• At least 3 end-to-end implementations in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience with integration / replication between SuccessFactors and SAP HR (ECC).
• Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process.
• Able to transform Business requirements into System Configuration and create Solution Design following Best Practices.
• Experience in preparing and executing Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test scripts.
• Knowledge of Notification.
