Descripción del trabajoFollow up on client invoices in a timely manner, to ensure the corresponding collections, establishing continuous contact with them and thus comply with the portfolio days established for each client. Carry out the revaluation of accounts in dollars. Ensure that the company's collection accounting information is timely and accurate and includes all operations for the month. Determine discounts on sales. Generate the company's sales report on a daily basis. Prepare reports requested by the finance management for the corporate (sales prices, volumes sold, balances and bank accounts, etc.) Prepare monthly sales reports for the traffic area. Attend audits (internal, external, corporate, etc.), providing and obtaining all evidence of accounts receivable information that is required by the auditors, to ensure that these are carried out and attended to appropriately. Comply with the reports required by the corporate, monthly, annual and special. Comply with the requirements of the quality and environmental management systems, in everything that concerns their functions. Job Requirements
- Education : University degree in accounting.
- English proficiency, writing and speaking
- Three-year experience in Accounting / Auditing / Taxes Firm or Manufacturing Company.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Management of ERP (XA, SAP, Oracle Fusion)
