IT OPERATIONS EXPERT

You will be the primary contact to manage, troubleshoot and monitor applications environment, while assuring the highest level of customer support and system reliability.Candidates should be able to :

Your tasks :

• Assure Corporate Standard Systems and applications functionality and predictability
• Responsible for applications uptime and system integrity, with a focus on continuous improvement
• 2nd level support through the company internal ticketing system
• Monitoring, problem isolation and resolution
• Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and performance analysis for applications
• Strives for system performance and continuous improvement
• Organizes and coordinates the update / maintenance activities required for patches, updates, and fixes
• Manages the implementation of solutions applying to addition, modification, or removal of applications and / or system components
• Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management according to LEONI standards
