Lead Specialist

The company focuses on cross-cultural excellence to empower businesses to focus on expansion and growth.About the role : The Lead Specialist will be responsible for managing and nurturing incoming leads to ensure timely follow-up and conversion into applications.

This role serves as the first point of contact in the loan application process, helping to build relationships with potential clients and ensuring all required information is collected efficiently.Key Responsibilities : Proactively manage and follow up on leads generated through our partnership with a realtor group, primarily Zillow leads.Conduct consistent outreach through calls, text messages, and emails to establish contact and move prospects forward in the application process.Assist potential clients in completing and submitting loan applications.Gather and follow up on basic documentation required to support the loan submission process.Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of lead status and communication history in the system.Collaborate closely with the loan pre-qualification team once applications are submitted.Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service to enhance client experience.Requirements : Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role.Previous experience handling leads is a plus.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time management skills.Proficiency in handling multiple communication channels (phone, text, email).
