What You’ll Do :

Talent Matchmaking : Source, screen, and schedule top-quality candidates for high-volume and specialized roles.
Client Collaboration : Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs, culture, and goals.
Candidate Champion : Serve as a single point of contact, guiding candidates through screening, assessments, and onboarding.
Pipeline Mastery : Reactivate, engage, and redeploy talent through creative outreach strategies (text campaigns, direct outreach, etc.).
Data-Driven Results : Maintain ATS systems with precision and work to exceed KPIs while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For :

Language Pro : Advanced conversational English (you’ll need it every day!).

Seasoned Recruiter : At least 6 months of experience recruiting in the U.S. market, specializing in high-volume hiring and mass recruitment. At least 1 year in sourcing / recruitment

Organized & Strategic : Proven ability to craft and execute effective recruitment plans while managing multiple priorities.
