We are looking for an Associate Solution Engineer who will become an expert on the Appian platform and gain full-stack experience supporting clients, from data analysis to creative problem solving and addressing customers’ concerns.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the inner workings of the Appian platform and gain full-stack experience while supporting clients.
• Support customers across the full stack, from data analysis to solving complex technical problems and addressing customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional, world-class support (verbal and written) to customers and key stakeholders around the globe.
• Communicate work across a variety of departments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to continual improvements in availability, performance, functionality and security of the platform by working with customers.
• Maintain interest in data analytics and programming / scripting languages (e.g., Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, PHP) and RDBMS platforms (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Develop knowledge of or experience with systems administration (e.g., Linux, Windows).
