About the role

The candidate must efficiently coordinate and oversee the operations of the restaurants or designated area, setting a positive example by implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving service procedures.

What you will do

  • Ensure that guests consistently receive professional, courteous, and efficient service, in accordance with established standards and service sequences.
  • Demonstrate the knowledge and capability to review, adjust, and perform all tasks within the consumption center.
  • Rigorously adhere to service standards at all times.
  • Delegate responsibilities to employees and regularly assess their performance.
  • Remain present in the center during peak occupancy periods to ensure smooth operations.

What you bring

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position
  • A minimum of three (3) years working in Food & Beverage as a department head
  • Two (2) + years’ experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
  • Requires Knowledge in Micros and Opera System
  • Requires knowledge of how to operate computer equipment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation
  • Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guest preferences.
