Job Title : Transport and Customs Coordinator

Job Purpose / Objective

Coordinate the transportation and customs team to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of customer requirements. Oversee the implementation and compliance of foreign trade platforms, tools, and programs in alignment with the applicable legal framework, focusing on service quality, cost optimization, and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities

Coordinate and ensure the correct execution of customs and transportation processes.
Guarantee compliance with foreign trade regulations and legal requirements.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to import and export operations.
Identify deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Drive cost optimization initiatives related to customs and transportation procedures.
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations applicable to SKF’s operations in Mexico.
Support the implementation and maintenance of quality, safety, and environmental management systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Proven experience in customs and transportation coordination.

Strong knowledge of Mexican foreign trade regulations and customs procedures.

Experience with trade compliance platforms and tools.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and implement improvements.

Strong communication and team coordination skills.

English proficiency (desirable or required, según el perfil).
