Location : Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Parque Industrial de San Jerónimo.

Senior Project Engineer- Multisite

Responsible for managing, developing, and implementing CapEx, Opex, and process improvement projects.

Essential Functions

  • Lead and coordinate engineering projects for the plant.
  • Review product design for compliance with engineering principles, corporate standards, and specifications.
  • Technical development, scheduling, and budgeting of engineering projects.
  • Control and management of CapEx and Opex budgets.
  • Evaluation of new projects and feasibility assessment.
  • Ensure project management to minimize risks.
  • Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and operational cost reduction.
  • Lead process improvement projects , focusing on efficiency, automation, and lean manufacturing.
  • Develop and implement process standardization to enhance operational effectiveness.

Competencies

  • Experience in high-speed assembly , manufacturing , or food industry (preferably more than one area).
  • Prior experience creating budgets and managing CapEx , Opex , and process improvement projects.
  • Highly collaborative : autonomous and proactive; naturally works well with teams to find innovative solutions.
  • Ability to lead by example , inspire confidence, and make consistent decisions aligned with company values.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments , managing multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Project management : successfully completes projects on time and within scope.
  • Process improvement expertise : ability to analyze workflows, enhance efficiency, and reduce waste.
  • Advanced data analysis capabilities , including statistical understanding and risk assessment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Project).
  • Familiarity and experience with AutoCAD .

    • Education

    Required :

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering disciplines.

    • Preferred :

  • Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.

    • Languages

  • Spanish : Native or Bilingual Proficiency.
  • English : Full Professional Proficiency
