Overview
We are looking for an Industrial Engineer with experience in the plastic injection industry, focused on process efficiency, technological innovation, and continuous improvement. This role will be responsible for implementing and supervising projects that ensure the plant’s quality, safety, and productivity.
Location
Escobedo, Nuevo León, Mexico
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute time and motion studies
- Implement and improve quality control, inventory, plant layout, and packaging processes
- Design and document work instructions and efficiency standards
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 14001 : 2015, and IATF standards
- Participate in the application of Core Tools (PFMEA, APQP, SPC, Control Plan)
- Promote safety, order, and cleanliness practices (6S’s)
- Lead continuous improvement, innovation, and cost optimization projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (completed)Advanced EnglishMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar roleExperience in the plastic injection molding industryIntermediate–advanced skills in AutoCAD and MS OfficeKnowledge of ERP systemsFamiliarity with Core ToolsKey Competencies & Skills
